jlking ("jlking," "we," "us," "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at jlking.org. • Government-issued ID details (ID type, ID number, expiry date) submitted for KYC verification.
• Selfie photographs and liveness verification images, where required for identity confirmation.

Financial & Transaction Data

• GCash account number or PayMaya / Maya account details registered in your name.
• Bank account details (account name, account number, bank name) for bank transfer transactions.
• Debit card details (card number masked, expiry date, cardholder name) where applicable.
• Complete transaction history: deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method used.

jlking does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your personal data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary:

• Payment processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya / Maya, and partner banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party identity verification services receive your ID documents and biometric data solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and age.
• Game content providers: Game studios and software providers may receive anonymized or pseudonymized gameplay data for RNG certification and game performance purposes.

jlking will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, with notice provided to you.

If jlking discovers or is notified that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any deposits in accordance with applicable regulations. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered on the jlking Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15.

jlking's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. However, certain third-party service providers engaged by jlking — including cloud infrastructure providers, KYC verification platforms, and game content providers — may process personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jlking ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards may include: contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission; adequacy decisions recognizing the destination country's data protection framework; or binding corporate rules where applicable.

The jlking Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. jlking has no control over the content, privacy practices, or data handling of any third-party website and is not responsible for their privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit. The inclusion of a link on the jlking Platform does not constitute an endorsement of that website or its privacy practices.

jlking reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, jlking will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jlking Platform after any amendments to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
