These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jlking website located at jlking.org and any associated mobile applications, platforms, or services operated by jlking (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective from the date you first access or register on the jlking Platform.

By accessing the jlking Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming; and (d) all information you provide to jlking is accurate, current, and complete.

jlking reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the jlking Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlking or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jlking Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jlking reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access the full features of the jlking Platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information current at all times. Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on the jlking Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, jlking is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name, or bank statement).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, if requested by our compliance team.

jlking reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an account if KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe as communicated to you. Verified accounts enjoy faster withdrawal processing and higher transaction limits.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlking account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jlking will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify jlking immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jlking shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

All financial transactions on the jlking Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlking supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. jlking does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlking wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank.
• jlking does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Fully KYC-verified accounts with GCash withdrawals under ₱100,000 are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days.
• jlking reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and KYC obligations.

jlking offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• jlking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• jlking reserves the right to determine what constitutes bonus abuse at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, using automated betting systems, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

Players who participate in jlking's VIP loyalty program are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of VIP tier enrollment. VIP benefits, including enhanced withdrawal limits and dedicated account management, are non-transferable and may be modified or withdrawn by jlking at any time.

All games available on the jlking Platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

jlking uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jlking cover events including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other sporting events. All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. jlking reserves the right to void bets in the event of: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or evidence of match manipulation. Settled results are final once confirmed by jlking's trading team.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jlking will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded. jlking's decision in such matters is final. jlking is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlking Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to defraud jlking or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jlking Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlking staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

jlking is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, gambling can become problematic for some individuals. jlking provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jlking Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the jlking Platform — including but not limited to the jlking brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlking or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlking Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jlking's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jlking's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlking, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

jlking's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlking account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlking does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components; (b) the results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable; or (c) any errors in the Platform will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

jlking collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlking Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlking complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve the Platform experience. jlking does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jlking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by you or your payment provider.
• At jlking's sole discretion, where continued operation of your account is deemed contrary to jlking's interests or regulatory obligations.

Upon termination for cause, jlking reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jlking's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The jlking Platform operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels. jlking cooperates fully with PAGCOR in all regulatory matters.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

jlking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlking will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the jlking Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. jlking recommends bookmarking this page and checking it periodically, particularly before making any significant deposits or engaging in high-value gameplay.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlking with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
